The strongest rental market in Queensland…

According to the just released Queensland Market Monitor, the Sunshine Coast remains the strongest rental market in Queensland, with vacancy rates sitting steady at 1.4% over the December quarter.  This compares favourably with Brisbane at 3.4% and the Gladstone region at 9.9%.   The outlook for the local residential property market is positive for 2017 with solid economic fundamentals supported by strong infrastructure and development projects in the region. … Read more »
